This week on Guided Spirit Conversations, I have my first panel for 2022. I welcome Laura Waszak and Desie Laenen.
Laura is a Self-Love Coach, Meditation Facilitator, Reiki Practitioner, and owner of Badass Soul merchandise. Desie is a Holistic Coach where she guides women on their journey of healing.
During this panel, we will talk about self-love and finding inner peace, learning how to forgive, and different modalities to heal past trauma.
